Drawn by the tales of glamour and occasional encounters with celebrities, Manoj set out on a path inspired by a few village boys who had ventured into the hotel industry in Mumbai. Despite facing adversities, including a setback that shook his family's foundations, Manoj remained steadfast in his commitment to supporting his family and educating his younger siblings.
