Your Home in the Heart of the Forest

THE WORLD MOVES FAST. BUT NOT HERE.

At Aahana, time moves unhurried, and shaped by the forest around it. Spanning 13.5 acres along the untamed forests of Jim Corbett, Aahana is home to over 4,500 trees, 200 species of birds, and 50 species of butterflies — traffic jams here are of a different kind. Family-owned, family-run, and designed for those who seek both solitude and adventure. Wake with the sun, wander without a plan, and let the wild set the pace.

A rare New Year experience set in 13.5 acres of wilderness.

A Feast for the Senses

Join us for a dining experience shaped by the land itself. Here, your meal doesn’t travel miles. It comes from a few steps away, picked fresh from our gardens and crafted with the flavours of Corbett. Sunlit breakfasts, slow afternoon bites, and moonlit meals all carry the freshness of the forest around you. Enjoy an authentic Kumaoni thali, enjoy a picnic under open skies, or let the day unfold over ingredients that arrive at your plate the same day they were harvested.

The Forest Wedding

Aahana gives your wedding a sense of place that few destinations can match. The forest becomes part of the moment, sal trees rising quietly around you as you take your vows. Dinner unfolds under an open sky, candlelight reflecting off the surrounding wilderness, and the night settles into music and laughter. Nothing feels rushed. Every detail is thoughtful, personal, and shaped by the calm of Corbett.

Jim Corbett National Park

India’s first national park and still one of its most iconic, Corbett is a living, breathing wilderness. Spanning over 1,300 square kilometres, its terrain ranges from dense forests to open grasslands and winding riverbeds, home to over 600 species of birds, elephants, leopards, and the elusive tiger. Named after Edward James Corbett, the hunter-turned-conservationist who became the forest’s fiercest guardian, the park offers more than just safaris — it’s a quiet, powerful reminder of nature in its purest form.
